BODY & WELLBEING COACHING FOR WOMEN
What if taking care of yourself didn't have to be so damn complicated?
Eat this. Don't eat that. Work out more. Rest more. Lose weight. Love your body. Push harder. Listen to your body. Oh, and make sure you get eight hours of sleep. Excellent. Anything else?
We know an awful lot about what we're supposedly meant to do to be healthy, fit, and happy.
And yet, so many of us feel exhausted, frustrated with their bodies, or like they're constantly falling short. Maybe it's time to question the way you've been approaching the whole thing.
Because I believe you can be ambitious about your health, your strength, and how you want to look and feel—without turning yourself into another problem that needs fixing.
You've read the books. You know the basics. You may even have a beautifully thought-out plan. And yet, somehow, life keeps getting in the way.
You're tired of starting over. Again. Monday. Next month. After the holidays.
You start with great intentions, life happens, and suddenly everything is off track. You know what you should be doing. So why aren't you doing it? Why does it always seem to be all or nothing?
You want to look good. You want to feel attractive. Strong. Comfortable in your clothes and your skin. That doesn't automatically mean you're vain or don't love yourself.
Your body doesn't always cooperate. Maybe you're dealing with pain, fatigue, physical changes, or health challenges.
And you're tired of feeling limited by something you can't always control.
You're looking after everyone and everything. Except, apparently, yourself. You can manage a job, a family, a business, a household, and approximately 47 other responsibilities. But finding time to take care of yourself?
So, what can we actually work on?
Not necessarily run a marathon or live at the gym. You want a body that feels capable. Strong enough for the things you want to do. Energy for the life you actually want to live. Let's look at what getting stronger and healthier could realistically look like for you.
I want to feel strong, fit, and full of energy again.
You want them to notice. To make an effort. To understand what matters to you. Is that really asking too much? Maybe it isn't. But sometimes we're expecting people to follow rules they don't even know exist. Sometimes they genuinely let us down. And sometimes it's a bit of both. Let's figure out what's going on.
Why is food taking up so much space in my head?
The unanswered message. The criticism. The feeling of being rejected, ignored, or not quite enough. And suddenly your otherwise perfectly capable, rational self has completely left the building. We can look at what gets triggered, why it matters so much, and how to stop letting someone else's behavior determine how you feel about yourself.
Why does this hurt me so much?
Saying no. Asking for more. Having that uncomfortable conversation you've been avoiding. And learning that someone being disappointed with you doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong.
You can have needs. They can have needs. Sometimes those needs won't match. Now what?
How do I ask for what I need without feeling guilty?
You love each other. But somewhere between everyday life, responsibilities, misunderstandings, and everything else, the connection doesn't feel quite the same. Or maybe you're dating and wondering why something that should feel exciting keeps making you feel anxious.
Let's talk about intimacy, trust, desire, and what it means to be close to someone without losing yourself
Where did the closeness go?
Maybe you're questioning your marriage. A friendship. A relationship that's been complicated for years. You're tired of going back and forth. You want to make a decision you can live with.
I'm not going to tell you what to do. But I'll help you get very honest about what you want, what you're willing to accept, and what choices you actually have.
Do I stay? Do I leave? Or is there another way?

1:1 ONGOING COACHING
GROW INTO MORE
Maybe you want the closeness back. More love, intimacy, and connection. Or you're navigating a difficult chapter in your marriage, questioning whether to stay, or going through a separation or divorce.
These things rarely get sorted out in one conversation. Would be lovely, though.
Ongoing private coaching gives you a place to work through it all as life actually happens. The arguments, the doubts, the difficult conversations, the small victories, and the decisions that keep you awake at night.
We'll explore what you want, what you can change, and how to move forward without losing yourself along the way. And no, doing your own work doesn't mean doing everyone else's.
Ongoing 1:1 coaching · Minimum 3 months
What if your relationships didn't have to stay the way they are?
Maybe the other person will change. Maybe they won't. But that doesn't mean nothing can change for you.
You can understand yourself better. Stop repeating old patterns. Ask for what you need. Set boundaries. Love more freely. Make different choices. And maybe discover that you have more say in the relationships you create than you ever realized.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
HALF DAY INTENSIVE
REIMAGINE
Some questions deserve more than another late-night conversation with yourself.
Stay or leave? How do we move forward? What do I actually want from this relationship?
Let's give those questions some proper attention.
A dedicated half-day or two-part intensive to step away from everyday distractions and take a deeper, more honest look at what's happening, what matters to you, and what might come next.
Private intensive · Half-day or two-part experience
I know relationships can be messy. I'm living a real life, too.
I'm a woman, a mother, a business owner, and a coach. And I know that relationships don't happen in some beautiful, peaceful bubble where everyone is well-rested, emotionally regulated, and always says exactly the right thing.
We bring our histories, expectations, fears, good intentions, and occasionally terrible moods into them.
That's life.
I don't believe we're supposed to get everything right. Or that we need to become perfectly healed, endlessly patient, never-jealous human beings before we can have wonderful relationships.
I do believe in understanding ourselves. In taking responsibility for our own choices. In learning to accept the people we love as the imperfect humans they are.
And in being honest about what we want, what hurts, and what we're willing to do about it.
I'll listen to you. I'll care. I'll challenge you.
And occasionally, we might have to laugh at the ridiculous things our very clever brains come up with.
