IDENTITY & LIFE COACHING COACHING FOR WOMEN

Your life on your own terms. Your desires and wants.

You've gotten pretty good at doing what you should. What about what you want?

You've spent years making things work. Being responsible. Doing what's expected. But some of those rules were written before you were old enough to question them. Maybe it's time.

Some questions worth asking yourself.

Do I actually want this life—or have I just become really good at managing it?

Who am I when I'm not being “useful” to someone?

Why do I feel guilty wanting something that's just for me?

What would I do if I weren't so worried about disappointing people?

When did having fun become something I squeeze in after everything else is done?

What have I been talking myself out of because it's supposedly too late, too selfish, or too unrealistic?

And what exactly am I waiting for? Permission?

You don't have to know the answers. But I think they're worth exploring. Don't you?

I won't tell you who you are or who you should become.

That's not my job. And frankly, I'm guessing you've already had quite enough people telling you how you should live your life.

I'm here to listen. Really listen. To ask questions you might not have asked yourself. To notice when you're dismissing something that matters to you. Or treating an old belief as though it were an undeniable fact. And yes, sometimes to challenge you.

We're not here to create some perfectly optimized version of you. We're here to find out what you actually want—and what happens when you start taking that seriously.

So, what can we actually work on?

Quite a lot, actually. And you don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. Here are a few places we might start.

Life changes. You change. But some of the rules you're still living by were written long before you had much say in them. “Be good. Don't be difficult. Work hard. Make everyone happy. Don't ask for too much.“ Sound familiar?

Maybe you learned them growing up. Maybe you've spent years being the responsible one, the strong one, the one who always figures things out. And somewhere along the way, all those shoulds became so normal that you stopped questioning them.

But who says you still have to live by them?

Let's untangle what's actually yours, what you've inherited, what once served you, and what you're ready to leave behind. Because just because you've believed something about yourself your whole life doesn't mean it has to define the rest of it.

Who you are. And who you're becoming.

Your values. Your dreams. Your needs. The things that make you feel alive. Not what you should want. Not what would be sensible or convenient for everyone else. What matters to you? And how do we make more room for it?

What you really want.

"I'm too old." "I'm not that kind of person." "I could never do that."

Self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of judgment. We can look at all of it. And just because you've believed something about yourself for 20 years doesn't make it true.

The stories that keep you small.

Saying no. Asking for what you need. Or for what you want. Letting go of responsibilities that were never entirely yours to carry.

And learning that someone being disappointed with you doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong… That one can take some practice.

Boundaries. Expectations. And the occasional uncomfortable conversation.

Maybe you're standing at a crossroads. Maybe you've known for ages what you want to change but haven't done anything about it.

We can explore what's holding you back, look at your options, and figure out what you're ready to do next. Because at some point, thinking about a different life and living one have to meet.

Making decisions. Actually changing things.

You can't quite explain it. Nothing terrible has happened. But something isn't right anymore.

That's a perfectly good place to start, too.

We don't have to know where the conversation will take us. We just have to start somewhere that matters to you.

And sometimes?

HALF DAY INTENSIVE

REIMAGINE

When was the last time you had half a day to think about your own life?

Not the groceries. Not the next appointment. Not what everyone else needs.

Your life.

A dedicated half-day—or two half-days with breathing room in between—to step out of the everyday noise, question where you're heading, and explore what you want next.

No pressure to figure out your entire life before lunch.

Private intensive · Half-day or two-part experience

I get it. Life is a lot.

I've raised children. Built businesses. Worked my ass off. Made big decisions. Changed direction.

I know how easy it is to get caught up in being responsible, capable, and needed. And how difficult it can be to give yourself the same attention you give everyone else. I also know that you can love the people in your life deeply and still need something that's just yours. That isn't selfish.

You are a person with your own hopes, ideas, ambitions, and desires. Not just a collection of roles and responsibilities.

And I believe there's so much more to life than getting everything done. There's joy. Curiosity. Adventure. Connection. Growth. Fun… Remember fun?

I think we should make more room for that.
