LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS COACHING FOR WOMEN

They're allowed to be themselves. So are you.

What if your relationships could changeโ€”even if they don't?

I know. You'd love for them to finally understand, apologize, communicate better, or just stop doing that one thing. And maybe they will. But what if they don't? Does that mean you're stuck? That your happiness has to wait? Are you going to spend the rest of your life waiting?

But do you really want to put your happiness on hold until they do?

Here's the thing: You can't do their work for them. What you can do is yours. And believe me, there's a lot more freedom in that than you might think.

More love. Better relationships. Less of the same old story.

Maybe you love your partner but miss feeling close. Maybe you're dating and find yourself questioning your entire worth because someone hasn't texted back. Maybe your mother can still make you feel twelve years old with a single sentence. Impressive, really.

Whatever brings you here, you probably want some things to change. More love. More connection. More honesty. Less fighting, second-guessing, resentment, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same place.

And yes, I know. There are probably a few things they could do differently. Maybe quite a few. But what if you didn't have to wait for them to change before things could start getting better?

That's where I think things get really interesting.

Same people. Same patterns. Same frustration.

You love your partner. But somehow you've become experts at having the same argument. You know exactly what they're going to say. They know exactly how you'll react. Neither of you is particularly enjoying this routine. And yet, here you are again.

You're dating. And suddenly someone else's attention seems to determine how you feel about yourself. One lovely date and you're on cloud nine. One unanswered message and your brain has written an entire novel about what must be wrong with you.

You want closeness. But being close sometimes feels incredibly hard. You want to be understood. To feel safe enough to be honest. To ask for what you need without worrying that it's too much.

Your family knows how to push buttons you thought you'd outgrown years ago. You're an independent, capable adult. Until Christmas dinner, apparently.

You're the one who always understands, accommodates, forgives, or makes the effort. And you're starting to wonder why your needs seem to come last in your friendships and relationships.

Or maybe you're questioning the relationship itself. Do I stay? Do I leave? Is this something we can work through? Am I expecting too much? Or have I been accepting too little?

You don't need to have the answer before we begin.

So, what can we actually work on?

Different day. Same argument. Same frustration. And somehow you both end up exactly where you started. You want things to change. Preferably for good this time. Let's look at what's really happening between you. Including the part you might not have noticed you're playing.

Are we seriously having this argument AGAIN?

You want them to notice. To make an effort. To understand what matters to you. Is that really asking too much? Maybe it isn't. But sometimes we're expecting people to follow rules they don't even know exist. Sometimes they genuinely let us down. And sometimes it's a bit of both. Let's figure out what's going on.

Why do I always end up disappointed?

The unanswered message. The criticism. The feeling of being rejected, ignored, or not quite enough. And suddenly your otherwise perfectly capable, rational self has completely left the building. We can look at what gets triggered, why it matters so much, and how to stop letting someone else's behavior determine how you feel about yourself.

Why does this hurt me so much?

Saying no. Asking for more. Having that uncomfortable conversation you've been avoiding. And learning that someone being disappointed with you doesn't automatically mean you've done something wrong.

You can have needs. They can have needs. Sometimes those needs won't match. Now what?

How do I ask for what I need without feeling guilty?

You love each other. But somewhere between everyday life, responsibilities, misunderstandings, and everything else, the connection doesn't feel quite the same. Or maybe you're dating and wondering why something that should feel exciting keeps making you feel anxious.

Let's talk about intimacy, trust, desire, and what it means to be close to someone without losing yourself

Where did the closeness go?

Maybe you're questioning your marriage. A friendship. A relationship that's been complicated for years. You're tired of going back and forth. You want to make a decision you can live with.

I'm not going to tell you what to do. But I'll help you get very honest about what you want, what you're willing to accept, and what choices you actually have.

Do I stay? Do I leave? Or is there another way?

1:1 ONGOING COACHING

GROW INTO MORE

Maybe you want the closeness back. More love, intimacy, and connection. Or you're navigating a difficult chapter in your marriage, questioning whether to stay, or going through a separation or divorce.

These things rarely get sorted out in one conversation. Would be lovely, though.

Ongoing private coaching gives you a place to work through it all as life actually happens. The arguments, the doubts, the difficult conversations, the small victories, and the decisions that keep you awake at night.

We'll explore what you want, what you can change, and how to move forward without losing yourself along the way. And no, doing your own work doesn't mean doing everyone else's.

Ongoing 1:1 coaching ยท Minimum 3 months

What if your relationships didn't have to stay the way they are?

Maybe the other person will change. Maybe they won't. But that doesn't mean nothing can change for you.

You can understand yourself better. Stop repeating old patterns. Ask for what you need. Set boundaries. Love more freely. Make different choices. And maybe discover that you have more say in the relationships you create than you ever realized.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

HALF DAY INTENSIVE

REIMAGINE

Some questions deserve more than another late-night conversation with yourself.

Stay or leave? How do we move forward? What do I actually want from this relationship?

Let's give those questions some proper attention.

A dedicated half-day or two-part intensive to step away from everyday distractions and take a deeper, more honest look at what's happening, what matters to you, and what might come next.

I know relationships can be messy. I'm living a real life, too.

I'm a woman, a mother, a business owner, and a coach. And I know that relationships don't happen in some beautiful, peaceful bubble where everyone is well-rested, emotionally regulated, and always says exactly the right thing.

We bring our histories, expectations, fears, good intentions, and occasionally terrible moods into them.

That's life.

I don't believe we're supposed to get everything right. Or that we need to become perfectly healed, endlessly patient, never-jealous human beings before we can have wonderful relationships.

I do believe in understanding ourselves. In taking responsibility for our own choices. In learning to accept the people we love as the imperfect humans they are.

And in being honest about what we want, what hurts, and what we're willing to do about it.

I'll listen to you. I'll care. I'll challenge you.

And occasionally, we might have to laugh at the ridiculous things our very clever brains come up with.
