PRIVATE COACHING
I see in you what you cannot
fully see yet in yourself.
This is the work of bringing your life into alignment with who you truly are — and who you’re ready to become.
I coach women because we are taught to make ourselves smaller in a thousand subtle ways — and I believe life becomes extraordinary when we stop.
Coaching for women who refuse to choose between ambition and aliveness.
I see in you what you cannot fully see yet in yourself. Your strength. Your potential. Your brilliance. Your capacity. Your uniqueness.
But also your fears, your doubts, and all the ways you (often unconsciously) hold yourself back from the life that actually wants to emerge through you.
Most coaching focuses on fixing weaknesses, solving problems or managing symptoms. I see the spark in people. The unrealized parts. The ideas, desires, strengths, leadership, creativity, confidence, and aliveness that are trying to emerge. Not because you “should” become more — but because becoming more fully yourself changes everything.
Part of my role as your coach is holding that bigger vision of who you are—and who you could become—until you can see and trust it yourself.
I coach smart, ambitious, deeply capable women because I know how easy it is to lose yourself inside the expectations, roles, and responsibilities life hands you.
Inside The Grow to Glow Collective, I help you grow stronger, glow brighter, and live fully — on your own terms.
Here, growth isn’t about becoming “less” or being “more perfect” or “more worthy.” It’s about becoming more you — stronger, brighter, unapologetic, and alive.
This work is about self-leadership. About self-trust.
About self-confidence.
About knowing, accepting and loving yourself deeply — in all your facets and wholeness. Understanding what you truly want and desire. Learning to trust your own voice instead of automatically following old roles, expectations, and conditioning.
Growth is rarely linear.
There are valleys. Moments of clarity. Long climbs. Switchbacks. Exposure. False summits. Real summits. And the return.
Together we navigate the whole journey - not just the exciting parts.
Because becoming more fully yourself is an adventure, not a straight line.
The Mountain of Self is the metaphor I use to help clients understand where they are, where they’re headed, and what the terrain ahead might ask of them.

A FEW THING WORTH KNOWING ABOUT ME
Why I Do This Work
I’ve spent years navigating business, leadership, motherhood, relationships, reinvention, health, and the many transitions that come with building a full life.
My clients don’t hire me because I’ve mastered life. They hire me because I understand what it means to keep growing while living it.
I know what it’s like to question what’s next. To outgrow old identities. To build something new. To feel pulled toward a bigger life while still managing the realities of work, family, relationships, and responsibility.
I don’t coach from a pedestal. I coach as someone who is still climbing her own mountains.
Someone who understands that growth is rarely linear, that life can be messy, that even capable women get stuck, and that becoming more fully yourself often requires courage long before it creates confidence.
And perhaps that’s why I believe so deeply in what’s possible for the women I work with.
BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL WITH ME
Let’s meet for a no-strings-attached call. In this consultation, we’ll slow down and explore what’s weighing on you, where you feel stuck, and the goals you’d love to move toward. This is your space to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a real sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
Many women have dreams they quietly carry for years.
Businesses they want to build.
Roles they want to step into.
Adventures they want to take.
Ideas they want to bring to life.
This work is about helping you stop waiting and start creating.
This is the work of bringing your life back into alignment with the woman you truly are or want to evolve into.
Not someone else’s version of “happiness”. Not someone else's definition of a “successful” life. Yours.
This might be for you if...
Beneath all of this is often the noise of expectations, responsibilities, conditioning, old patterns, fears, doubts, and “shoulds” that have become louder than your own voice.
This work is about finding that voice again.
• You're navigating a challenging transition—a divorce, relationship struggles, conflict, a new baby, an empty nest, a friendship that no longer fits, or a chapter of life that is ending before you're quite ready.
• Part of you senses there might be more for you professionally, creatively, or entrepreneurially—but another part keeps questioning whether you’re capable, qualified, ready, or even allowed to want it.
• You’re highly capable and high-functioning. You get things done. People rely on you. Yet beneath it all, you feel disconnected from yourself and the life you truly want.
• You've spent years taking care of everyone else and, somewhere along the way, lost sight of yourself.
• You're trying to hold all the roles your life asks of you—mother, partner, professional, caregiver, organizer, household manager—and wondering: where am I in all of this?
• From the outside, your life looks pretty good, but something feels off.
• You feel stuck, overwhelmed, restless, disconnected, exhausted, or simply not like yourself.
• You keep telling yourself you'll focus on yourself once life is less busy, less demanding, or less complicated.
• You're successful and capable, yet find yourself second-guessing decisions, struggling to trust yourself, or knowing what to do but not consistently doing what you know.
• You’ve lost some of your vitality, confidence, adventure, joy, health, or sense of possibility—and you’d like to feel more like yourself again.
• You keep hearing a quiet voice that says, "There has to be more than this."
• You don't necessarily need another plan, strategy, or productivity system. You need space to think, feel, reconnect with yourself, and decide what truly matters now.
• You're ready to stop living on autopilot and start creating a life that feels like yours again.

-
Sessions usually last about 60 minutes—enough time to slow down, think deeply, and leave with meaningful insight and clear next steps.
Occasionally, we may extend to 75 minutes if the conversation calls for it.
-
At the moment, coaching takes place online via Google Meet. This gives us flexibility and allows us to work together regardless of location.
-
Possibly. Many clients use coaching as part of their professional development, leadership growth, or business development.
If appropriate, I’m happy to issue an invoice to your business.
Please consult your accountant or tax advisor regarding your individual tax situation.

Private Coaching includes two 60-minute coaching sessions per month.
Additional support between sessions is available if desired.

Coaching doesn’t only happen during our calls.
Life happens between our calls.
That’s where you’ll be experimenting, making decisions, having difficult conversations, trying new things, noticing old patterns, and creating change.
Depending on what would be most supportive, I may share reflections, tools, exercises, or resources between sessions. Sometimes it’s a single question. Sometimes it’s a workbook. Sometimes it’s simply a different way of looking at a situation.
And if desired, you’ll also have access to support between sessions when you need perspective, encouragement, accountability, or a sounding board.
-
I coach in both English and German — you can choose whichever feels most comfortable.
-
Yes. You can start with a single session and then decide if you’d like to continue working together.
If you’d like to experience coaching before committing to Private Coaching, I recommend starting with a Clarity Session. This is my standalone coaching session designed to help you gain perspective, untangle a challenge, explore a decision, or identify meaningful next steps.
Many clients start there before deciding whether ongoing coaching is right for them.

Anything that impacts your life, wellbeing, relationships, work, leadership, health, business, confidence, decision-making, or sense of purpose.
Clients often come to coaching because of a specific challenge, transition, or goal. Together, we usually discover that the work is both deeper and broader than the original issue.
-
No. Coaching and therapy can complement each other beautifully, but they are different.
Therapy often focuses on healing, mental health, and understanding the past. Coaching focuses on helping you create meaningful change, navigate the present, and move toward the future you want to build.
-
Some clients work with me for a few months around a specific transition or challenge. Others stay longer as they continue growing, evolving, and creating what comes next.
-
Life happens. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the slot to someone else. If it’s last-minute, just message me — we’ll find a solution.

Because meaningful change takes more than a few conversations.
Three months gives us enough time to build momentum, navigate real-life challenges, and begin turning insight into action.
-
That’s perfectly okay. In fact, many clients start there.
You don’t need a perfectly defined goal. Curiosity, uncertainty, restlessness, or simply the feeling that something needs to change is enough.
Part of the work is discovering what matters most to you and what you truly want.
